Kelly Zwicker, MS, MSW

Kelly specializes in working with high achievers, athletes, performers, and professionals who experience anxiety, performance pressure, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Many of her clients appear successful on the outside but internally struggle with overthinking, fear of failure, or the constant pressure to perform at a high level.

Kelly works with competitive athletes, college students, and driven professionals who want to strengthen mental resilience, rebuild confidence, and develop a healthier relationship with achievement. She also supports clients navigating injury recovery, burnout, identity transitions, and life after sport.

Her approach integrates sport and performance psychology, neurofeedback, and nervous system regulation to help clients better understand and shift the internal patterns that drive anxiety and performance pressure. By combining brain-based training with collaborative therapy, Kelly helps clients build self-trust, improve focus, and respond to challenges with greater clarity and steadiness.

Kelly’s goal is not to eliminate ambition, but to help clients pursue excellence in a way that feels sustainable, grounded, and aligned with their authentic selves.
