Michael Ansley, RCSWI — Therapist
For Michael Ansley, healing happens when mind, body, and spirit come back into balance. As a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, Michael provides a calm, supportive space where clients can reconnect with themselves, release old narratives, and find safety within their own experience. His approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and presence — not fixing, but allowing healing to unfold naturally.
Michael integrates evidence-based therapies such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and Neurofeedback with experiential modalities including Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy, SoundSelf immersive meditation, and mindfulness-based movement practices. This mind-body-spirit blend helps clients regulate the nervous system, release trauma held in the body, and gently reframe negative beliefs toward trust, confidence, and peace.
In individual sessions, Michael creates space for clients to slow down, explore their inner landscape, and experience authentic connection without judgment. Whether working through trauma, rebuilding after loss, or seeking clarity and balance, clients find his presence grounding, safe, and deeply human.
Outside the therapy room, Michael continues to lead Open Air Wellness and the Revive & Thrive Tribe, offering holistic retreats and workshops that integrate sound, movement, and mindfulness. His mission is to help others remember that healing doesn't have to be forced — it happens when we align the mind, body, and spirit and allow ourselves to simply be.
